The sun never sets in Summerville Project

Lead counsel on the negotiation, entitlements review, due diligence, and project evaluation, and acquisition of an ongoing 5,000-acre, master-planned, multi-use community north of Charleston in the South Carolina Low Country, entitled to over 12,000 residential units and 5 million sq. ft. of commercial uses.

The Multifamily Zoning and Land Use Project

Conditional District rezoning of an abandoned movie theater tract to bring much-needed multifamily housing to the Oleander corridor. The new project will even preserve the open space the neighboring shopping center uses for yoga classes (including goat yoga).
