Maggie is a native to North Carolina, born and raised in Fayetteville.  Prior to joining Lee Kaess, Maggie spent more than a decade at a North Carolina firm practicing in the areas of residential real estate, foreclosures, workers’ compensation law and personal injury. She also became a certified mediator in 2014 and has an active mediation practice.  

Maggie joined Lee Kaess in 2021 and focuses her practice on real estate development and land use/zoning.  She regularly assists clients in the acquisition, development, financing, subdivision, zoning, leasing, and sale of real property, including the formation of planned communities, condominiums, shopping center facilities, office complexes and mixed-use developments.
