David Ray has proudly called Wilmington home since 1991 and has dedicated more than three decades to serving the legal needs of
businesses and financial institutions in the community. With 33 years of experience, he focuses his practice on commercial real estate
sales and acquisitions, as well as representing regional and local lenders in commercial lending transactions, modifications, and
workouts.

David has extensive experience advising creditors in bankruptcy, foreclosures, and litigation, along with representing clients in real estate disputes involving ownership, access, and local government and zoning approvals. His broad legal background and strategic approach allow him to effectively assess client needs and advocate zealously—whether navigating complex transactions, negotiating settlements, or litigating in court.
